Solution Symptom
The student completes a course but cannot see the certificate for the course.

Resolution
LearnPoint 1.8 and higher has a feature allowing Administrators to manually award certificates to users.

To award a certificate to a user, follow these instructions:

1. Go to the Administration Menu
2. Click on the Certificates link in the left menu.
3. Select the Award a certificate option, and click Next
4. Find the student's name by browsing the list or using the search feature
5. Click on the course the user finished
6. Click on the Finish button
